The Alpina Parasol Heater has three folding arms containing a halogen heating element that can be independently controlled on or off. Halogen Heat provides a radiant form of heating, thus enabling the objects, rather than the wasted air to be heated up. In addition to heat the warm glow of the elements provide a soothing ambience in which to enjoy those extended evenings. There are no odours, unlike gas heaters and heat and light are instantly switched on and off. Economical to run when compared to Gas heaters ( the heat generated is similar to an 11KW gas heater).
